He assured me the fireplace had been used very little. He could tell by the lack of signs of burning or use on the pipes. I am disappointed that I have to go out and buy a key. Too bad I did not know ahead of time that I would have to have a key. I am a new owner of the condo so had no idea this would be an issue

That said, my fireplace gas flow was better and the igniter works first time every time now. That said, I used New Circle for other work based on the experience, and they were priced cheaply and did very clean and thorough work. I would call them again
