I had unexpected wood rot and a rotted downspout that they took care of for me as well. I also bought some of that "paper" you put down to stop weeds and they put it down for me too! All the mess was cleaned up and they even hosed down and swept off the deck. These guys were very precise in their measurements and there were no shortcuts. - Marsh Construction LLCI've had a handful of companies do various projects on or around my house. Out of those, Marsh construction is the company I would use again. In fact, I've used them on several projects, both interior and exterior work, and it's all turned out great. Not only have I found the quality to be better (or in some cases, MUCH better) than some other local companies I've personally used, they're super friendly and great to communicate with. They've fixed my leaky roof, built a deck for my hot tub, and did a fantastic job with removing old ceiling texture and doing knock down, along with some other general interior construction work that has made my house look great. All without gouging me on price. I made the mistake of having another company remodel my bathroom, and I feel like I need to call these guys to come fix the work. I would definitely recommend giving them a call

"I had 8 posts that had rotted at just below ground level. All were cemented in place. I replaced the fence sections, but not the posts, about 10 years ago, myself. I'm no longer healthy enough to do this kind of labor. Bud came out as quickly as I could prepare for him, 3 days after accepting his bid. He was right on time both days. Very friendly and courteous. He did an excellent job at a fair price.

"ReTouch came to the house and gave me an estimate to demolish and install a new deck. I then updated the design and they worked with me on an updated quote. ReTouch informed me of when they will be at the house, and they were on time. When the crew arrived, Dean and Dylan, meet with me and went over the plans and the proposed schedule and started the work. ReTouch did a great job. They demolished the old deck and installed new footings and new and additional frame work. They asked numerous questions throughout the installation and made some suggestions for the deck flooring to have a nicer layout. They did an awesome job. "The beginning was good. They are good at finishing floors, painting walls,
mowing the lawn, scraping ceilings, creating closets and shelves, etc. DO
NOT hire them for anything with bathrooms, tile work, plumbing, or
electrical. They were very flakey and unreliable. Which I tried to give
them the benefit of the doubt with COVID. After they finally finished my
basement (1.5 months behind schedule), after a horrible tile job on the
shower, and not installing correct outlets near water (GFI - they should
know better), they finally started my upstairs bathroom. Again, they worked
sporadically off and on. After Ramon hired a new tile guy, this tile too,
was messed up and crooked, so they had to fix it. It still doesn't look
that great after it was fixed. They kept doing things without checking with
me first. So it was a constant cycle of mistake and fix vs. trying to
prevent the mistakes in the first place. Ramon quit after he wouldn't fix a
faucet one of his guys installed incorrectly (basically backwards /
vertical vs. horizontal). I asked him to fix it, and he said it was
impossible to fix and do it the way I wanted, screamed and yelled at me,
wouldn't listen to me, cussed and quit. I later found out that they did the
electricity in the bathroom extremely dangerously, to the point I could
have been shocked after getting out of the bathroom or shower. So scary!!!!
Thank GOD he quit! What a blessing in disguise that this was caught, or I
could have been seriously injured from their errors, shortcuts, and
ignorance. Ramon is overall a nice guy, but unethical and unprofessional.
He is obviously stressed out and taking on jobs he shouldn't and does not
have the knowledge to do, to get more money. He cannot take personal
responsibility or ownership of his mistakes, or the mistakes of his
workers, nor can he apologize and have humility to do so. I am sick of
dealing with these types of men in the "handywork" / remodeling /
construction profession. They live in victim consciousness. Please be wary
of hiring Molina. You truly do pay for what you get, and the discount they
offer compared to others in their field is not worth the headache, stress,
lack of responsibility and professionalism, unreliability, how long it
takes and the danger! Especially with anything electrical. I normally don't
leave negative reviews, as I'm not a believer in putting that energy out
there, but feel I need to warn others for your own safety.
