It went really smoothly. He was right on the ball about when the onyx would be in. I did not order the glass right away, so it came about 2 weeks later. It is just beautiful. So glad the yucky bath tub is gone.

Scott and Kenny did an amazing job from initial planning to completion. This was an enormous project: 20' x 40' deck, 10' off the ground, all cedar, cable railings, and waterproofing the underside with corrugated aluminum. the work went very well.Scotty was very knowledgeable on several repairs that needed done.He installed a storm door,repaired and stained front railings.We took off the back deck due to water damage and he fixed the siding underneath.

He did a great job. The work was an A and I would use them again.

My deck looks really good, I'm happy with the outcome. I especially appreciated how well Scott communicated with me. He sent text messages frequently to let me know when he would be at the house and if his schedule changed.

Mr. Hochanadel gave us addresses of other houses in our neighborhood where he had done similar work so we could go see them.  He gave us an estimate and stuck by it.  He told us how long it would be before he could get to us.  Showed up when he said he would.  Worked alone some days, had a helper another day.   Mr. Hochanadel does huge jobs as well as small jobs like ours.

Rich, the owner of the company,did a great job from start to finish, professional in all respects. Rich was very prompt in providing an estimate and scheduling the work. He was was very meticulous in re-staining all surfaces of the deck and railing. I highly recommend his work.

They were very nice and personable. However, they were very unprofessional. They did an average job on the deck for the money. To top it off they power washed the words "power wash me" on my concrete patio(not part of the bid). When I asked for them to correct it, they laughed and said they would be back next week. It has now been 3 weeks. At the beginning I had them bid on a lot of other work. However, I now longer want there services.

Caulk 3 windows, sand and Prime them fixe Garage door 2 areas
of chipped paint and little wood Rot on one spot
Replace part of wood beam and replace sheetrock & mud the area

Scott is very nice and took care of all the details that was necessary to revive my 76 year old,leaning, drafty,and leaking detached garage.  Now with reinforced studs/walls,  new siding and trim, new paint, along with a new roof and beams.......it's just ...WOW!    Thank you , again!

Power wash house and deck.  Stain/paint deck, garage doors and step railing.

We were very well pleased.  The wood surfaces are smooth, and look very nice.

Everything was excellent. He showed up on time, got everything done very quickly and it all looked great. I was very pleased with the quality of the work.
