Essential Extras IncEssential Extras had already designed and installed a beautiful deck for us. They used Ipe wood and hidden fasteners as we had asked. The professionalism was amazing and so was the craftmanship. After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. KC Deck ProKC Deck Pro was awesome. JD worked with us extensively to come up with a plan that was within our budget but had all of the “extras” we were looking for. He brought plenty of samples and didn’t rush our decision like some of the other companies. The crew was polite, friendly and kept the job site clean. Every day before they left, they picked up and straightened the job site which was much appreciated with younger kids. While they worked through most of the weather/snow, one day it just wasn’t possible for the crew to work. To make up for the lost time, crew came on the weekend. Something that I want to highlight, was the meticulous attention to detail. Boxing in the pillars was not something that any other company recommended or offered but since we were replacing a handful of pillars, it made the finished deck look totally brand new even though we were really just re-decking. We cannot more highly recommend KC Deck Pro. You will not be disappointed with the quality of materials, the workmanship and the professionalism.- Kyle D.

If you choose Mountain Construction for your remodel of any size on your home you will not be disappointed by the slightest! Everything from Glenn's crew showing up on time daily to cleaning up end of work day was consistent. From the electricians, painters, plumbers, tile setter, to counter top company was nothing short of professional. Glenn and Rob (carpenter) checked in at least twice a day would inform you what was happening daily and what your job was weekly to go pick out (the exciting part for any home owner) Seeing changes daily was always happening and so fun! I'm a stay at home mom (my husband works quite a bit being away from the home) and I always felt so comfortable with everyone in and out of my house, there was never any awkwardness.

I would recommend Father and Sons Home Painting Service without hesitation. Their crew did an outstanding job of painting the exterior of my home. Keland was easy to talk to and presented me with a prompt estimate, which detailed the scope of the work. He provided helpful suggestions during that bid process that actually helped me save money. During the 3 ½ days the crew was onsite they were very professional and polite, working together to do necessary painting and cleaning up well beyond my expectations. This was our worst appointment out of 9 bids we had lined up. The rep that visited our home did not answer any of our questions or would only answer with a canned ‘marketing’ answer. He also made comments about how if we installed this window it would NOT increase the value of our home, which is something we hadn’t even brought up or asked him about. He also made some rather rude comments as well. Also, their bid for ONE window was TRIPLE our average bid from 8 other established companies and was the only one that did NOT include a window well cover!
