"He was very quick to respond to a call, telling him I needed a professional opinion. He came out that night and once we advised that we didn't want to do anything until the builder was out of here, I just didn't see any reason for those 2 to come face to face, he made the appointment as soon as he could schedule us into his schedule, and got it done in a day. He was a neat, clean, and very pleasant gentleman. Even when he gave a critique on the ceiling, he wasn't mean or nasty. He just indicated exactly what the problems were. He was just very thorough. When he came to look at the ceiling, we did notice that there was a 2 x 4 that had chipped behind a new wall that Three Wise Men put in. We asked him if he could possibly repair that as well. He would take out the drywall and fix the 2 x 4 and then repair the section. He told us he would just skim it for us because he said the eye won't be drawn to it as quickly, and he said he thinks we would be satisfied with the results. He told us to just let it sit for 2 days before we sanded it and repainted the area. He did not charge us a dime for that. He just did that as part of the ceiling.
