We experienced a leak after heavy rain storms. ServPro responded immediately to our call. We experienced excellent customer service and the crew was there right away!!! Removed carpets and repaired the walls. The crew was extremely friendly and did a great job. Very happy with the service. The customer service was outstanding. We can highly recommend this company!

When we first arrived onsite you did not want the flooring pulled as we suggested and we gave you a quote at that time so you would be aware of the cost of the services. You also wanted us to pull the equipment before the areas were dry due to your concern over your pets. We can only suggest what needs to be done on a water loss to ensure the best quality of service but the extent of the scope performed for this loss was determined by your requests.
