- Worthington Design & RemodelingThis was not a good experience! They are very expensive. I paid a premium price but got an economy job treatment. We were without our bathroom for THREE months. It is a small room and should have taken a few weeks. The design phase went well and I really liked the design team. Unfortunately the execution and construction phase was a nightmare. The trim work done by the in house carpenter was very good, but the subcontractors that they hired for the rest of the job were in my opinion, substandard. The plumber put the cabinet drains in the wrong place and failed the code inspection twice. The electrician put in the wrong type of switches, and also failed the code inspection. The drywall company left a mess and very rough finished walls. We had drywall dust everywhere in the house. The tile company worked sporadically and killed a large section of our lawn where they dumped the tile and grout wash water. The glass company had to remake a large mirror three times to get it right. Workers often showed up in unmarked vans unannounced or failed to show up when expected. Almost all of the bathroom hardware was wrong, as it was either the wrong color, size or type. This was a very agonizing experience

"We had quotes from some of the large window companies but didn’t like how heavy their sales approaches were or their high price tags. Luckily, we found Fadely and after reading so many great reviews, we had them come out. Mark Fadely is extremely knowledgeable and I felt 100% good about going with them. You can buy the highest end window but if it isn’t installed correctly, it won’t matter! Fadely guarantees their work and it feels good to have that peace of mind. We had to replace our entire front (ouch$$$) but the pricing was fair and you definitely don’t want to cut corners on something as important as windows. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Fadely again...but hopefully we don’t need to for awhile!

They came out to look at the site for an estimate the first day I posted the job and had a reasonable estimate within a few days (it was comparable to a few other quotes I got). About a year ago, I was looking to have a roof repaired on a house I had purchased in the Indianapolis, IN area; I was still living out of state and was collecting quotes. I remember the names of the employees being Adam, Beverly, and Mark. This complaint is for Mark: If you are so stupid that you gamble $150 on leads over Angi.com, then you have no right to get angry when those leads fall through for whatever reason. You are not entitled to a cent of that money back. The only reason why I contacted Angi.com to get your money back is that I felt bad for you, having been in customer acquisition before, so I asked Adam what I could do to help, and he told me I could reach out to Angi.com and explain what happened so you get a refund, DESPITE him telling me several times not to worry about it. Then, you acted rude to my realty agent. I then reported your unprofessional behavior and terrible customer service conduct to Beverly, who said she would "take care of it" and apologized for your behavior. You then acted rude to my realty agent for the second time. So, Mark, consider this review your punishment. Since I do not see any mention of a Mark anywhere on Moss Roofing, I hope that means that Beverly fired your utterly stupid a***. Mark, you are rude and infantile and do not deserve to have employment with your clear lack of customer service skills as well as your incredibly stupid money-spending habits.
