"We used this company for about a year I will relatively satisfied until one day untrained technician arrived at a house to provide the monthly service. He sprayed chemicals on all of our flowerbeds, and killed all of our plants which were mostly caladiums, elephant, ears, and some other plants. When we brought this to the attention of Brooke (the owner/franchisee). He apologize and stated that he would have to re-train to technician. we expressed to him our discontent and asked that he replace the damaged foliage. He agreed to review the estimate that I landscaper provided. Total cost to replace everything was roughly $1100. Once he received the bill, he asked if he could visit my home on a Sunday evening to look at the damage. When he arrived, it was pretty obvious. He had no intention of repairing the damage he had caused. In fact, he made it very clear "I'm not here to repair or pay for the damage to your landscaping. I'm here to make sure I keep you as a customer and not lose your business. He went on to offer me a $300 discount so that I will continue his service. He had a little regard for the damage he had caused to my property. instead of excepting responsibility like a responsible business owner, he chose to blame the sun in the Houston heat for killing some tropical plants plants to typically grow in the rainforest in 100° heat. While I will admit, their services was effective at illuminating mosquitoes from our yard but if they damage anything don't expect them to pay for it. There are many other companies who will likely stand behind their guarantee of breeding your home of mosquitoes and show regard for your property."

The gentleman cut a square foot size hole in the sheet rock to attempt to pull out the animal, however, the animal was between the chute and heat shield making it impossible to remove."
