"I have tried to contact you throughout the weekend and today in an effort to resolve this matter for you. My Central Texas Manager also tried to call you twice in December to schedule a visit to your property and resolve this matter and we have both been unable to reach you or receive a return call from you to discuss your situation despite multiple voicemails. As the owner of Wildernex Wildlife Control I take great pride in our companies knowledge and professionalism. As a Wildlife Biologist myself, with a degree from Texas A&M University, I value our reputation as being among the best in the Wildlife Industry and I hire other educated wildlife biologists to serve our clients across Texas. If you did not receive the best, I want to make it right and have one of my biologists come fix this problem for you immediately. As the owner I am also surprised to hear that you were not able to reach me as I make myself very available to any of our clients that need to reach me. We also never place "poison" in an attic space or home and furthermore NEVER use poison for squirrels to begin with. My wildlife biologist sealed the entry hole that you requested be sealed and the last time we were on property there was still no entry through that opening. My biologist recommended numerous other entry points on your home that need to be addressed but you would not authorize us to address those areas of the home so squirrels continue to access your home through these areas. Once again I apologize that you are not happy with your experience and if given the opportunity I will have my manager visit your property and work to make it right.
