"We had five quotes before deciding to go with "The Deck & Patio Company" and we are more than satisfied with our decision. This is a company that value both their customers and perfection. The entire experience from the beginning to the end has been nothing less than positive. As a company representative, Tom wasn't pushy at all. Rather, he was very knowledge and helpful with understanding of the scope of the project and presenting all options for how to make it better. He was very patient as well. We had to wait for our turn to build the deck (they were pretty booked), but the rest was a breeze. The building team was very professional, respectful, and punctual. Craftsman is excellent and the result exceeded our expectations. All Martin's suggestions were to the point and helped tremendously to make right decisions. He also did meticulous quality control at each step of the project. Trust me, no sloppiness is allowed by this company. Finally, the price was pretty reasonable compared to the high quality of the outcome. "<p>I am a huge stickler regarding communication. From the first contact to have someone out to bid a job, through-out the job, and when it is finished. If i have to chase information, things are already starting out poorly. I had no such problem with Chris from Frazier's Home Repair. He was on time for our appointment to look at the job, he had a bid ready when he said he would, and was quick to answer any questions I had, sometimes even after hours when I didn't expect a response until the following business day. <br> <br> Day 1 of the job, Chris and his team arrived early in the morning, we discussed the timeline and what phases would be accomplished on what days. He went over all the aspects of the work with his subs and helpers, and got everyone to work. He also pointed out that if we had a problem with the dimensions of the cabinet taking the oven size (it was going to be close!), how he would resolve it, and what extra efforts/cost to expect if we had to go that route. He went out of his way to accommodate keeping power on as much as possible since I was working remotely from home that day. Everything went well that day. The only hitch was my wife noticed the new drawer wasn't quite as deep as we expected. I took a picture and sent it to Chris that night just to ask about it. One look at the picture and Chris had an immediate answer that night "You're right, that will be rebuilt tomorrow to meet the specs."<br> <br> Day 2: Crew was on time and got to it. I had a friend staying here to watch after things while i was at work. I got constant updates of how everything was progressing, and it sounded like there were no problems. I came home that evening to my brand new ovens installed, everything worked without a hitch.<br> <br> Chris wasn't the highest bid, and he wasn't the lowest, but he was exactly what we needed. The job was done on time, I was kept informed, there were no surprises, and the crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and keeping the wood dust from the cabinet work to a minimum. All in all, i'm not sure how this project could have gone any better. We look forward to having Chris back when we're ready to tackle phase 2 with the range and vent!</p>show more

"Infinite Construction over-delivered on what they quoted. The orientation of my garage compared to my house provided a challenging configuration, and Charles was able to create a covered patio that exceeded my expectations! The finish work was wonderful, the electrical was what was agreed upon, and I appreciate Charles being open to discussion about any issues that arose throughout the process. Even though the whole process took a bit longer than expected, the end product is what was important, and in the grand scheme of things is not important.
