I have a pretty small kitchen and they got the whole countertop out of one slab. No seams! This is unlike Lowe's who bring in pieces and put a seam every foot or two. Lesher even let me come in and see the slab I was purchasing. When I would think of a question, I would email Mary Jane and she answered my questions the same day. I wasn't sure what I wanted in the way of a backsplash, but there was absolutely no pressure to do the backsplash at the same time as the counters. Workers were friendly and professional. I had them put in a new garbage disposal and had the granite cut for a sink-top switch for the disposal, along with the faucet, which I picked out and purchased. Randall hooked up all of the plumbing to the new sink (I went from a double sink to a single), the new disposal, and the sink-top switch. This company knows what they are doing and works well together as a team. I would highly recommend them if you are considering a kitchen or bath remodel. The whole experience was painless and worry-free

"Two workers showed up at the allotted time. After enlarging the opening for the new window and setting the new window, the company worker left. The remaining person (assume it was a subcontractor) , finished the trim work outside but ran in to a problem with the interior trim. Casing and sill were not the right size. He tried but wasn't able to make it work. Despite the problem, the company reps contacted us immediately and scheduled a person to arrive in two days with the correct sized materials and finish the work. The person did arrive as promised and finished the installation of the interior trim. We're satisfied with the results and more than satisfied with their customer service.

"We originally hired Innotech construction inc to install fencing on on our property, along with some gutter repair and refinishing our porch.
Ashley and his crew were very professional, prompt and courteous. From the initial meeting for the estimate, Ashley listened and addressed all questions or concerns we had and communicated with us entirely throughout the project.
Days of scheduled work, The InnoTech crew arrived on time and immediately began the fence installation and gutter repair. The fence looks absolutely wonderful, it is strong and secure and is a great addition to my home.
When the gutter repair was performed, Ashley discovered a section of my roof that was damaged, he took photos and discussed with me options concerning the damage while his crew stayed busy repairing the gutter and refinishing my porch.
At the end day, Everything looks absolutely fantastic! The InnoTech guys were professional, detailed and polite. They did a great job cleaning up and my wife and I were very impressed. I couldn’t be happier! Actually, we were so impressed by their professionalism, that we decided to hire them back for the roof repair.

This time they remodeled my basement laundry room to turn it into a useable half bath. The toilet was below grade and required special installation but is working perfectly.
