"We originally hired Innotech construction inc to install fencing on on our property, along with some gutter repair and refinishing our porch. Ashley and his crew were very professional, prompt and courteous. From the initial meeting for the estimate, Ashley listened and addressed all questions or concerns we had and communicated with us entirely throughout the project. Days of scheduled work, The InnoTech crew arrived on time and immediately began the fence installation and gutter repair. The fence looks absolutely wonderful, it is strong and secure and is a great addition to my home. When the gutter repair was performed, Ashley discovered a section of my roof that was damaged, he took photos and discussed with me options concerning the damage while his crew stayed busy repairing the gutter and refinishing my porch. At the end day, Everything looks absolutely fantastic! The InnoTech guys were professional, detailed and polite. They did a great job cleaning up and my wife and I were very impressed. With 2 hail storms in 5 years that affected me and many other family members and neighbors, I have gotten a lot experience at evaluating roofers and their estimates. I believe the combination of quality and price/value you get from MKS is second to none. The workers were on-time, friendly, and conscientious. Everything was cleaned up well. "Bryan‘s quote was very accurate. If any problems arose during the process he made sure to involve me and let me make the decisions while informing me of potential additional costs so that I was able to make the most informed decision for my home. There was a lot of damaged wood that he carefully replaced. He also resecured loose nails and added missing nails to the roof before putting down the underlay and then the shingles. He uses only GAF materials which have a lifetime warranty and a limited window warranty. These products are made here locally in Pennsylvania. My roof was just over 3000 square-foot and he had it done in four days, this may vary depending on weather. I would highly recommend Brian if you want the job done right. He is not a contractors upon his work off on hire employees is hands-on and very conscientious of his craftsmanship.show more
