Auto Computer PerformanceBeware! this company is a scammer. They said they could perform the repairs in 3-4 days. After 27 calls and 3 weeks of pushing, I received my "repaired" computer back. The computer did not work and was a pile of junk. Andrew said he found the problem but was waiting for a part, then the part was overnight delayed 4 days, then it was not done, then, then , and more excuses. He wanted to charge my credit card before work was complete. I said that once he had the repairs done, and tested, I would pay. Then he raised the price, and told me that it would be "Mostly" repaired. And that I should expect a check engine light, but it will run fine. I told him that I would pay only the original quoted price. He accepted and sent me my auto PCM. When it did not run, I had it checked out and found that none of the "Repairs" were performed. I have left several voice mails, and emails requesting him to contact me to make this right, but have not heard from him. This guy is a straight scammer. If you have any questions feel free to contact me and will give you all the details. The more people know about this company, then hopefully less people will be taken advantage of. First and foremost I hate being jerked around by any kind of sales pitch. I know I have hard water at my house I don't need someone to show me vials and glasses with his version verses my tap water. It was a big waste of my time. If the salesman had just given me the price like I asked for... twice, then I would have sent him on his way and looked into buying system on my own and have a plumber install the piping.That will cut the price in half as to what these a******* want to charge. This group is all about fleecing you for as much money as possible. After I flat out refused his pricing he was able to "Call the Boss" and knock off 1,000.00. I refuse to deal with used car dealers and these people are no different.
