  We couldn't be more pleased. Every management member and employee was on-time, courteous and professional. We were always informed as to what was going on, estimated time of completion and anticipated next step. Process started by a team testing the inefficiencies of the house. Even during this process they insured that vents were properly sealed and fixed those itm that they could. The next step involved removing the existing A/C unit and replacing with new unit. The team of Kevin and Tony installed the unit, replaced the ducting, installed the new thermostat and insured that everything worked properly and correctly (approximately 2.5 days). They, like all the employees, always kept us informed and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of their work. After this step, another individual came and retested the house to measure level of inefficiencies, which went from a +30% loss to approximately 3.5% loss. Pretty amazing totals. Insulation was next, and while I didn't meet the team that did the insulation, my wife said that they were on time, courteous and professional just like everyone else involved. In closing, we absolutely recommend this company. Regardless of the service needed, you will be extremely happy if you go with Lee's Air Conditioning

  The duct work in our house has been an issue for several years. The airflow in the house was not uniform...in summer, some rooms were very cool and others still warm. We had several companies look at the problem, but their fix, wasn't. It had been three or four years since we had our a/c unit checked. We decided to try someone new. Call it providence or whatever, but we chose Controlled Climates. We scheduled a service appointment. The company kept us informed on appointment reminders and arrival times via text messages. The technician (Dallas) arrived on time. After checking the equipment (13 years old) over, he made a few recommendations to improve operation and potentially extend the life of the unit. The price was reasonable and I really didn't want to go into the summer season with a potential problem so we proceeded with the repairs. Everything regarding the work was explained thoroughly. Upon completion, I mentioned to the technician that our air flow in the house was not good. He proposed that we meet with another member of their team that specializes in a/c heating design. We did. Brandon checked our system and performed a number of measurements of the physical plant and while operating under load. He presented the results of the testing to us in a thorough and understandable manner. He gave us several options to fix or mitigate the problem. We opted for the fix and that included completely redoing the existing duct system and the addition of one more return. Adequate air flow through the system was the issue. The original ducting was undersized at the returns and ducting was snaked all over the attic and that didn't help either. Bottom line is, Controlled Climates fix...worked! Now that we are slipping into summer, our home is staying nice and cool in all of the rooms. Many thanks to Ray and his team (Dallas, Eduardo, and Brandon) for their extremely professional service. They take a lot of pride in their work and work with you at every step. At the end of the work day, you would never know they had been there. Highly recommend this company for your a/c heating needs

  They have done an excellent job every time, in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. My most recent house had ducts that were in need of a full cleaning which took the better part of a day and really improved the air quality in the house.   I got two estimates. Fortunately, JC Melton's was the first. I was told how great it was to have metal ducting under the house as it was an excellent deterrent to rodents chewing their way into a warm space. The second estimator wanted to remove the metal ducting and replace it with what I'll call "accordian mylar," which I thought was a big mistake in view of Melton's advice. I was having a new roof put on at the same time, and JC Melton cooperated fully with that team in doing what they needed to do on the roof with the condenser. The Melton team was fast, thorough, and informative. They worked dilligently in blazing hot weather--even spent a lot of time under the house fixing the places where insulation had been stripped from the ducts. A couple of days after they had finished, we found a vent that wasn't producing air (all of us had missed it when we toured all the indoor vents that needed to be cleaned and insulated). They came out right away and fixed it without additional cost. Beyond being very satisfied with their work, I enjoyed working with this team. I'd recommend JC Melton to anyone who asked

  I think these guys are terrific. They have been to my house for the carpets about 4-5 times. I then got my carpets replaced with hardwood. I have since switched to using them to air ducts. They are very nice guys and they do a good job.

  We bought the house 4 years ago and we couldn’t tell if the system was ever serviced. Then the gentleman, who came serviced and cleaned the furnace. We had some filters of unusual sizes, which had to be ordered and he ordered it for us. My husband was very pleased with the problem solving and talking. He did a very good job and made sure, we understood everything like the condensation drain and the outside drain. The have senior discounts, too and showed us how to use things we had. He also found that we didn’t have any issues other than a general service. Since, we called them early they came, else they come seasonally. They do not have service agreement, but we plan on getting a long time seasonal service and we are added to their calling list for this service. I will continue to use them in future
