They did a great job and I am very happy with the new water heater. They were very considerate and even made sure to take the molding off around the door to be able to fit the old water heater through the it without damaging anything. I have used them for years and will continue to work with them.

This business was a pleasure to work with. They had competitive prices and terrific customer service. Had no problems, in fact the installers went above and beyond. Curt was prompt when he came to the house for the estimate and was easy to work with. My emails and phone calls were answered quickly and always to my satisfaction. Danny, Joe and Martin were courteous, prompt and careful while completing the installation and the new heating and air conditioning unit is great.

We needed to replace our old HVAC system and we called two companies for bids.
The bid from JC Melton was $3000 less than the other bid for the exact same Carrier model. JC Melton had a pricing sheet that clearly showed the cost for each option. The other company hand wrote the cost on the quote. It wasn't a hard decision to go with JC Melton based on the cost and the positive reviews on Angies List. The cost was so reasonable that we decided to have our aging water heater replaced as well.
JC Melton showed up on time on installation day and were extremely professional. All work performed exceeded our expectations and the new HVAC and water heater are working wonderfully.
