"We had major fire damage and unfortunately not great insurance coverage. Icon helped us to work with what we had in order to defray heavy out-of-pocket costs. They were professional, courteous, and respectful the whole way through. Their level of expertise and knowledge on repairs, restorations, and all the products and materials, and their quality levels, are unsurpassed. I'm not one that usually fully relies on others judgments — even professionals that I hire, but this is a company whose expertise and skills were highly valued. They involved me in all the decision-making and informed and educated me of all my family's choices and options. Because of the magnitude of the damage and repair and restoration required, there were times I felt in over my head, and it was that these times, I felt completely comfortable deferring to their best judgment and expertise.
