  I began renovations on an investment property, and in the middle of renovation realized that the drywall might contain asbestos. I immediately stopped my crew so that we could determine if anyone was as risk. I dropped off a sample at about 9:30 am and said whatever he could do would be appreciated because I had a crew sitting around. He originally said he could get me results by the next day, but he decided to go ahead and take the sample over to the lab for testing and by 11:30 I had my results.   During my home remodel, found that there was a possibility of asbestos underneath the vinyl tile that was existing in the home. Contacted Keith with AES and he came out that same evening and took test samples to be tested within one day. One area did come back with a positive test and Keith and his team were here the very next day to remove the asbestos and certify the area.   Water Review-Sheila Dayaram The first time, I used the services of Response Restoration Services, Inc., was when my water heater exploded. Flooding my garage, dining room and parts of my living room. Response Restoration responded within the hour. They were at my house, took control of the situation, explained the process to me; making me feel much better. They removed the standing water and set up fans to dry my house out for 3 days. Each day they would come to check the fans and used water sensors to measure how fast my house was drying. I am happy to say that things worked out well and my house is dry and safe again. When they were leaving they informed me that they also did construction work. Never thought that I would have to call them again. But fate intervened a few months later. A teenager crashed his car through my fence and crashed into my tool shed. I had the Response Restoration business card on my refrigerator and so I called them.   WOW. I am blown away by the honesty and integrity of this provider. I rarely give reviews but after the conversation I just had I couldn't help myself. I called this company inquiring about lead abatement for an old home we are purchasing. The gentleman I spoke to, Keith, took over 10 minutes of his time to answer all of my questions and give me some options of what I can do. He essentially told me that I don't need his services but despite that was still willing to give me lots of advice.   We contacted RRSI to obtain a quote to remove the asbestos containing acoustic ceiling in our home. They came out and have us a prompt quite which they stuck to. They completed this very large job in a timely manner. The team that came out was very prompt, professional and courteous. The project leader, Jesse, quality controlled the whole project, start to finish. The place was left very clean. If you have ever had this process done, or known anyone who has, you would know that the removal is an extremely messy process.
