We had originally looked at handrails when our home was being built but had decided against the idea because the "old picket fence look" was boring (our designed handrails turned out to be less expensive). "I found Jay on Angie's List and contacted him to arrange for an estimate. Jay actually stopped by that same afternoon (6:00 pm) and was ready to do the work if I wanted. We agreed and he finished the repairs in about 30 minutes. Since I was making various repairs and upgrades to the house in the hopes of selling it this summer, I was anxious to find someone to fix the iron raling soon. Most companies had long lead times, PLUS, I would have had to bring the heavy railing in myself or pay for a pick-up fee. Jay operates a mobile unit and said he could come right to the house. "Doug did a great job. The leveling wheel bracket had snapped off my mower deck. After Doug was finished it looks 3 times stronger than the factory weld.
