We were completely impressed with working with Visionary Restoration. They came and did a free roof inspection. They took the time to show us the pictures of the damage that was found on the roof. They worked with our insurance company, which was such a relief. We were happy that we did not have to be the middle person trying to communicate with the insurance company. Because of their knowledge and expertise, they were able to obtain a full replacement of our roof. They then brought in their company who replaced our roof in one day. We were so pleased how everything was clean and in order after the roof was completed. The whole time they demonstrated true professionalism in how respectful they were in treating us as well as the insurance company. They kept us completely informed of the entire process. They handle all the paperwork & communication with the adjuster to make sure your roof gets approved by insurance. Couldn't have made it through this process without their expertise and dedication!
