Rosati wasn't the cheapest quoted, but all quotes were within $100 of each other. We liked the professionalism of the Rosati rep and their windows slightly better than the other guy. Being that we're in a condo, we had to go thru an approval process with the association before installation. The rosati rep supplied everything that was needed and we got approval in less than a week. Installation was performed a few weeks later and the installers replaced all 6 windows in around 2.5 hours and cleaned up after themselves. About a week or so after installation, Rosati supervisors came out to inspect the work and to ensure we were completely satisfied... a very nice touch
