"Scheduling was a breeze, and &nbsp;they even came out on a Saturday to do the work. &nbsp; Bob (the owner) and Tyler showed up on time on the scheduled day. &nbsp;They first explained the entire process and answered all of our questions. &nbsp; Bob &nbsp;even made a couple recommendations regarding the heating system in our home. &nbsp;They updated us through the entire process, which took about 4 hours. &nbsp; They moved all of the furniture back after the work was complete and cleaned up any messes. &nbsp; I felt the price was competitive for the quality of work. &nbsp;I would highly recommend this company for duct cleaning. <br />

"They came and gave me an estimate which I accepted. They tented my chimney, removed the old brick and wood mantel. Sheldon was the person who did the demo and rebuild of stacked. He also attached a new mantel and laid an Indiana limestone hearth. His work was excellent and meticulous. He was ably assisted by Chandler. I would highly recommend this company to do this work. I wanted to attach pictures but cannot figure out how to do that. Cost was $6,600. Well worth it.

"I have a large house and was quoted ~$1100 to clean my duct work (50+ vents/returns) and 2 heating systems (geothermal and a heat pump). The team was able to schedule me for the same week. They came out and checked the system and told me I didn't need the cleaning at this time. "Excellent work from start to finish. My father was a mason, so I know great work when I see it. First, they brought in a tear-down team to remove the chimney down to the first-floor roof level of our two-story house. After which, they rebuilt the chimney to original height installing approximately 900 new bricks using a new Type N mortar. They installed a new 5" thick concrete crown with a 2" drip edge and an expansion joint. They replaced all accessible sections of fireplace clay flue tile extending 4" - 6" above the concrete crown. Installed new stainless steel chimney cap. Installed 2 sets of new step and counter flashing. Installed 2 sets of new ice water shields and shingles as needed. Cleaned and weather sealed chimney entirely upon completion. After the chimney rebuild was done, the Mason, Seth, and his crew cleaned the work site, to include the whole driveway. They are a very efficient and thorough team. I understand that they like to leave the customer's house and yard as clean or better than they find it.

I have gone through numerous roofers for repairs, both before and after having a new roof and chimney installed. Well, until I met Patrick ,owner of Arco Remodeling, 10 years ago. I came across this business through Angie's List. Actually, hired them for a chimney inspection where they identified problem areas from the roof and repaired them immediately. How did I know to initially trust them? They take photos and review them with me, giving complete and easy to understand explanations. And then again with a follow-up call! Your home is your refuge, right? With mine, each time it would rain I would fear leaks. But for the past 10 years when the storms hit in the middle of the night, I sleep well knowing that my roof is properly maintained. Yes, once in a while I will do an interior inspection but rejoice when all is well! I cannot thank the folks at Arco Remodeling enough for giving me peace of mind!
