"I called Black Diamond. They gave me an estimate. A couple days later they came and sealed off the area where various animals had been getting under a room addition of my house. They showed me a video after they had gone under and sealed it off with screen. After a week I noticed noise in my basement remodel between the ceiling and the floor joints. I couldn't see him but could definitely hear him. This had gone on long before I called Black Diamond. So Black Diamond placed a trap by my chimney. Sure enough the raccoon was getting in down my chimney. Once they trapped and removed him there were no more critters in my home. They left traps for a total of 4 days to make sure all was well. I will not hesitate to call again if other problems arise.
