Craig was very helpful and attentive. Any/all questions and concerns were handled promptly. I highly recommend Craig Dillon (and 93 Energy). They were a pleasure to work with.

While what I write will not directly equate to your situation there will certainly be many parallels. Let’s face it there are as many different scenarios as there are households. (Some statements in this review only pertain to homeowners in Illinois at this time) I’ve been thoroughly investigating numerous different options of alternative energy for about a decade now. I’ve held off making the shift due to many reasons. Primarily the cost to return ratio. Most systems of the past might not have ever made an actual return before their probable end of useful life. While a breakeven isn’t awful; didn’t you intend to get ahead with that project? Over the last few months, I have started taking a much deeper dive into researching local Solar power installation companies. The technology has truly come of age. I’ve specifically focused on companies that supply Generac brand equipment such as the backup power unit. I was sold on the PWRCell after I read the spec sheet. Being an electrician myself I fully recognized the value of what Generac has built. I have done a lot of research on Generac and believe they have the best equipment for the cost. After talking to quite a few different people at many different companies I have concluded that Headline Solar is the way to go. [*** Link removed ***] The level of honesty and integrity is obvious from the first conversation with them. They do not do any high-pressure sales tactics and are very happy to prove that the equipment they are specifying is the best that can be bought. My Sales rep is Sarah Cooley. She is amazing! I know I must have driven her nearly crazy with all the questions I had, but she was always ultra-responsive and never sounded put off with my inquiries. She sent me all the spec sheets right away and never hesitated to schedule a call if I had questions. In everything I do I try to learn as much as I can in the process. I recommend companies that try to teach their customers over the ones that try to coerce a quick deal regardless of whether the customer truly knows what they are buying or not. Headline Solar does truly care that their customers get what they are paying for. Sarah taught me what SREC meant and what it meant to me. She saved me from going with a non-SREC certified company which equates to many thousand dollars of savings I could have lost had I not known any better. Even more so than that she taught me what it means to do business with a company that doesn’t sub out any labor. There is something to be said for a company that provides their own employees for the entirety of a project. This is my first review of Headline solar, but thus far I am highly impressed. I will certainly provide another review in a few months once my system is up and going and then another at least a year down the road on how it is all going. God willing perhaps I will send another review in 25 years on how the system is doing at the end of the warranty of the REC panels. I started out by contacting four different Solar Installation companies based on what I found on the Generac website [*** Link removed ***] My lessons learned at this point are: • Make sure you ask every question you have. • Take the time to read the Spec Sheets. • If a company doesn’t want to email you the proposal, then move on to one that will. • If it smells like “BS” It is “BS” [*** Link removed ***] Ouch, sorry for the folks that had this happen to them. Thank God I found Sarah before I got pressured into a deal with these guys…. • If they say they will be glad to call you back in the next few weeks to discuss your project, they probably will not. (Local electrical contractors that are “Expanding” their offerings.) • Make sure you get panels with the highest level of guaranteed output at 25 years of age. Ask for REC. • Adding a solar power system to your home increases the resale value of your home and Doesn’t increase you’re property taxes! • Do not skimp on your initial install, it’s the only chance you get at the tax break on the cost of the entire project

For a young company they are very committed to improving and providing great service. My experience wasn’t perfect but in the end I’m very happy with the product and company. I’m even part of the referral program. Come save the planet or at least get rid of you power bill. It feels good to do it. 😃

The installers came and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very knowledgeable in regards to roofing and the job they were doing for us. They cut the hole out neatly, the installation went smoothly and no mess was left behind. They were very nice guys and we would not hesitate to use them for any future roofing work we would need done

initial sale occurred over the phone. we discussed the purchase of the solar fan. afterwards Trela suggest that i had a larger problem. he advised me his recommendation to correct the problem. after our discussion, Trela made a follow up visit to my home to confirm details. this is a family run business, i had contact with both the dad and son. it appears that this company will definitely be around for another generation

The installation was done on a Saturday morning. I got a confirmation call from Trela Friday night and a call on Saturday letting me know they were on their way. Arrival was on schedule. Work commenced immediately and was completed in less than an hour. They were very efficient. Clean, relatively quiet and professional. Unfortunately, I did not read the "fine print" which stated that the $475 Big Deal price applied to one story homes only. My home is single family (with bedrooms upstairs), but two stories, so there was a $200 upcharge. I would highly recommend them for solar attic fan installations

Trela roofing had left a message in regards to setting upon installation date. When I returned the call, installation was scheduled for the same day. Installers were on time, they called to let me know they were on their way.
