Robbie made sure that the playscape was actually installed before the baby arrived. They arrived on time for delivery & installation, and did a great job. My older sons (ages 6 & 8) love the playscape, and so do the other kids on the block! Our youngest son (the baby) loves the infant swing. Was treated like a good friend. They're so nice. And they are so completely knowledgeable. Bought it. Had it installed at their house. Kids are thrilled. I've seen a lot of different swingsets at stores, and most are pretty cheap and don't look they would last a season. This one fron Fenceworks is solid, sturdy and has tons of safety features. Very high quality. I know I could have shopped and found a less expensive model, but I like quality--it's always worth it in the long run. Couldn't say enough good things about the family that runs it. Will be back in a few years to buy a basketball system for my grandson

They carry Ally-Oop, which are considered the best and safest models in the market. And the Fenceworks people had their act together--they knew everything about trampolines. Nice people too. Everything went smooth and when the Spring comes, the kids will be jumping for joy. The Fenceworks people not only have great products but you can tell they really have a passion for them. He setup the equipment by himself and was very thorough. If he encountered an issue, he made sure to ask me how I wanted to handle it and made suggestions. For example, we had a slight slope to our yard and he suggested turning the set around to make it more secure. I was really impressed by his work and I would high recommend him to anyone. In addition to that, the person in the office that I worked with to arrange the work was very helpful and willing to work on my changing timeline. Overall a great experience
- PRO-ASSEMBLY LLCCalled on a weekend. Got a call back from the owner later that day. Had previous experience with the playset. Seemed very knowledgable and experienced. Offered to pick up the play sey set from Costco for an additional charge but suggested I do that myself to save money. Gave a recommendation on best way to do that. They don't do installs on the weekend so I asked him to come early. Called the day before to confirm. Said he would be there between 8:30 and 9:30. Arrived a few minutes before 8:30. Said it would take his 2 man crew 3 hours and he was right on. Installation guide suggests it will take 12 hours, online comments confirm. Offered advice on how to best configure the playset. Moved the set a few times until I was happy with exactly where it would be. Price was $375

"My experience with Brandon and Design-a-Deck was wonderful and I highly recommend this company. Brandon provided a thorough, objective explanation of the options without any sales pressure. He has been very responsive to all of my questions and his team did a good job and provided a quick installation. Several months after the installation, I noticed that the siding between the deck and the door had become rippled so I emailed Brandon. As a man of integrity, he came out and installed a piece of composite material in place of the rippled siding. Many other companies would not stand behind their work in this way and I was impressed that he fixed this issue several months after he had been paid. Overall, the price was fair and the experience was exception. Great job!

"Brett was very responsive and stopped by quickly to check out the leaking roof situation. After some exploratory work, he and his team identified the problem, took pictures to show us (so we did not have to go up) and figured out how to repair it. He took care of ordering replacement items from Menards, and fixed the situation including some unforeseen items. We did this on time and material, and pricing was fair and the overall cost was reasonable. He seems very dedicated to his work. Provided us with "after" pictures as well to show what was done. Will use him again if something comes up. He was on a list of possible vendors from the Volo IL Menards, and checked out well on Angies List.
