We had a wonderful experience with Chuck and Tom (Grand installers, which is a part of Meris Assembly services.) They were able to install the play set sooner than expected. They were prompt and polite. They allowed my your kids to watch the assembly, which was a huge plus for us. They were quick and clean. I would absolutely hire them again!

They are very professional. They are a little off on being on time. He was excellent. Very detailed mind. Good quality finish work.

We purchased a fully stocked Backyard Odyssey playset for our two little girls. This included a 12' high tower with roof, plus a clubhouse at the base, and built-in stools. We also wanted to make a few minor modifications--for example, where the ladder was mounted.
I tried a couple of the assembly providers on Angie's List but did not get replies or, if I did get a reply, I learned that the company did not assemble the kind of playset I have. So I did an internet search outside of Angie's List and found Meris's website, which includes some nice customer reviews. Meris (the company owner) responded more quickly than any of the other providers and, since he is local to me, I decided to give it a shot. Meris was very flexible in terms of scheduling the work. When we had a delivery delay, he had no trouble changing our appointment at the last minute.
The two assembly guys (Tommy and Chuck) arrived on time and got to work right away. It quickly became clear that these two guys have seen a ton of projects like this. They knew not only how to put the thing together according to the instructions, but also how to work around the inevitable imperfections that you face when receiving delivery of timber and hardware. What's the best way to handle a missing or faulty bolt? What's the best way to work around a piece of timber that has been split? Tommy and Chuck always had a quick solution.
They were also extremely professional and personable, and they worked hard as can be for more than a day. While the playset was being built, our daughters begged to be able to use the swings (which were among the first things to go up), and Chuck and Tommy very patiently worked around a couple of swinging girls for part of the afternoon.
