"My partner and I wanted to redesign our bedroom. While we didn't make any structural changes we did however need a decent amount of built-in cabinetry designed and installed. Paul was wonderful! He put together elevations and renderings and also helped with sourcing all new furniture and carpet. He worked with his own millworker to custom build all of the millwork and a very affordable price. He also had the millworker build custom nightstands which he designed based on all of the elements of our room and they came out beautifully!!! We don't live local so we were able to get everything shipped and had a local carpenter do the millwork installation. Paul oversaw everything and it all got installed smoothly! I highly recommend working with Paul!!! show more

"Met Mike through a family referral.&nbsp; Visited the showroom and spent several weeks working out the kitchen layout, then the cabinet specs.&nbsp; Mike was extremely helpful with suggestions and patiently answered all of our questions.&nbsp; Cabinets are made to order and take about 6 weeks for delivery.&nbsp; All cabinets arrived fully protected in cardboard and we did not have a single damaged piece.&nbsp; Our contractor handled the installation and has worked with Builders Cabinet before, a definite plus when it came time to resolving questions from the drawings.&nbsp; We ordered extra crown moulding in the same finish as the cabinets which proved to be a costly add-on but really ties the room together.&nbsp; We ordered slide-out drawers for the pantry and some of the larger cabinets.&nbsp; Those have proven to be very useful.&nbsp; Added end panels that give the kitchen a very finished look.&nbsp; We ordered furniture legs for the island that were integrated with the base cabinets for a great look.&nbsp; Two doors were slightly warped but were replaced with no hesitation.&nbsp; We love the results and have received many compliments from family and friends. <br />show more

"I can't say enough wonderful things about Inter City Maintenance! It was divine intervention that I met this lovely lady that referred them to me, and she said they did great work and were honest. She was right! I had been looking for a contractor for a long time to do some major remodeling in my condo. I found the best! Pan came out and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. They started a few weeks later. Tosi and his crew were a blessing to me. They were very professional, showed up every day (M-F) until the work was finished, worked very hard and diligently, communicated well by asking if I had any questions when an issue (which were several) came up and we discussed it. They purchased the items that were needed along the way and I reimbursed them. Everyday they cleaned up after themselves before they left, asked if I had any questions. They moved all the furniture, covered everything with plastic, covered the floor so they wouldn't scratch it, and were very careful. They said they wanted me to be happy with the work and end results. Every room/walls and ceiling in my unit had cracks and they plastered and painted them doing an excellent job, they put in new kitchen tile, kitchen faucet, new modern wall outlets, and any other things that came up that I asked them to do with not a problem! I am extremely happy with their commitment to doing an excellent job, sticking with the job until it was finished which they did. I was extremely surprised and happy how quickly they got everything done and they did not drag the job out. Years ago I had contractors that did terrible work and dragged the job out! Well, Inter City Maintenance did not do that. I was so impressed on the detail that they did on everything and the fact that the work was done in a more than reasonable time than I ever expected. They worked hard everyday and the amount of work I needed was done, in just over two weeks! Bravo to them! I have bragged about the expert workmanship and commitment to making sure I was happy with the end results, to anyone that tells me they are looking for a contractor. If I need future work, I will call Inter City Maintenance without hesitation! They went above and beyond my expectations and were committed to doing a great job and were very honest ! They already have people in my building wanting work done by them. If you are needing an excellent company to do any work in your home, call them!! I highly recommend Inter City Maintenance!!!show more
