I contacted the company on behalf of a number of neighbors in a relatively new community in Plymouth, MA. Each of the residents was in need of having their driveways sealed since they'd been in their houses for a year or more. Communication with the company was first rate from start to finish. My initial inquiry was responded to very quickly. I explained what we had in mind and within a few days Denise Cooper came out to look at the potential job site. A price was negotiated, assuming we could guarantee a certain number of homes. In the end, they ended up doing 34 driveways over the course of three days. Two gentlemen worked in the sweltering heat over 2.5 days. They did a great job! The driveways look wonderful and I've spoken with a number of residents who have expressed a high level of satisfaction with the work. They took care to not get the sealer on the lawns and created a nice smooth finish on each driveway. A quick word about the office manager, Jacquie. She was a delight to work with over the course of a couple of months. Being able to communicate via text was huge at times and her responsiveness was much appreciated. She was able to accommodate some last minute changes over the course of the last three days, even though the work was being done on over a weekend. Even on the final day of the project we had one person asking to join in and she was able to get her on the list. In short, the company was very professional, communicated very well, they delivered top quality results and will likely get future business from our residents

They were very responsive, and came out to give an estimate the day after I called. The woman who came to do the estimate was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The estimate she gave for the asphalt part of the project was competitive.

I hired Lee to install a basketball hoop I purchased from a big box retailer. Upon meeting him and his team, I could tell they were well trained, experienced and cared about customer satisfaction. All of the employees I encountered were very courteous. Lee stands by his work and does whatever is necessary to ensure the customer is happy. While his services were somewhat pricey, based on my own personal experience, it was well worth the cost and I'd gladly hire him again for other work. After the job was completed, I received a follow up phone call and even a thank you card in the mail about a week or two later. If there were more people in the business world like Lee, we wouldn't need a site like Angies List

Top notch professional installation of a Goalrilla Basketball hoop. Do not cheap out when you want to buy and install one of these products. Not only do these guys stock all the latest models of hoops, they come out and professionally install this the right way. My house is built on ledge and slate and these guys come out and drill through all of that to sink the anchor the proper way and cement it into place and ensure the hoop is set up properly. Lee the owner is very nice and straight forward and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend these guys for outdoor play equipment building and installations

Bob and his team were great. Met twice before the work to go over our ideas on what we wanted. He offered better suggestions on court placement. Our original location would flood during heavy rain and would be lots of work to make usable for a court. Decided on a drier location in our backyard which actually works better and gives more privacy. Texting was a great way to communicate, we never felt ignored even though Bob was busy with other jobs. After we gave the OK to proceed he put us on the schedule and ordered the court and hoop. We decided on a green, grey and white color scheme (Celtics like colors) and a 72" Goalsetter in-ground hoop. The backboard and pole setup is sturdy as **** and the ball makes a nice thud off the backboard. The job took three days to complete. Day one was setup and prep for the concrete slab. Day two was pouring the slab and installing the hoop. Day three was installing the court tiles and the finishing landscaping. All work was done clean, efficient, and timely. My wife and I are very pleased with the completed project and the kids love the court. Our neighbors and friends are also impressed with the work. We will definitely be hiring Bob again to do a patio and fire pit by the court

Bob Whyte from Naturescape Landscaping did an excellent job on my walkway start to finish. The walkway is beautiful and the quality is top notch. He answers his emails right away and is upfront and clear. He provided a nice vision for my yard and was able to get a fair estimate immediately. His workers were professional curious and finished up the projects quickly. I would highly recommend him for a yard project and will be using him again in the very near future

"My son received a Lifetime backboard for Christmas and we needed help installing it onto our garage roof. Lee and his team were very professional. I felt so comfortable having them do this work because this is their business and they had clearly done this many times before. For example, they knew that Lifetime's extension kit was going to be missing some parts, so they ran out to Home Depot and obtained them. They knew that they needed to seal the holes on the roof.
I received an email estimate for the work and was given a two hour time frame for the work to be done less than a week later. The installation team showed up on time and quickly got to work. In one hour, they had our basketball hoop ready for play! This would have been a challenging job for me, but the Versacor team made it look easy!

"Nestor showed up right on time and gave expert advice on how to remedy some of the issues our new house has, he also (expertly) identified an issue with our gutters that we had not noticed (as they're incredibly high up) and thoroughly cleaned them (they were filled with leaves). He also installed gutter guards.
He stayed until the job was done even though he was working until the late evening.

"It started with an e-mail to Todd, who responded very quickly. Sent pictures of job via phone, original estimate was $935. Told Todd that was way to expensive, he quickly countered with let me come by and see for myself. I agreed, he came by while I was not home, (which was fine). His next estimate was $550. During our conversations I explained to Todd that I am a very hands on homeowner and I'm very attention to detail kind of person. Todd assured me that everything will be good to go when he completed the job.On 08/14/2012; Todd showed up, he informed me that his normal worker was not going to be available, and that this worker had his truck with most of his tools in it. I took about 20 minutes to explain the job to Todd and reminded him again that I'm very attention to detail. As I watch Todd work, it became to me he was not proficient with framing. Not having his tools, he was having to make do with what he had. I offered to allow him to use some of mine. As I continue to check in with Todd, I became more and more uncomfortable with his work. When he was putting the side jacks in, he was leaving 1/4 - 1/2 gaps between the jacks and the header. His solution was to fill the gap with shims. When he was putting the 2x4 in since nothing was aligning correctly, Todd continued to use shims instead of fixing the problem correctly. After about 45 minutes of leaving Todd alone, I came back out and noticed more shaved peices of 2x4 as filler pieces. At this point, I asked Todd to stop what he was doing and that I would finish the work myself. We ended on good terms, I just felt that Todd was out of his comfort zone for this particular job, and as a attention to detail homeowner I beleive I made him nervous. I do have pictures of before and after work.
Overall: Todd was a pleasure to work, asked alot of questions, but again this particular job I felt was outside of his comfort zone.

"The equipment is maintained well with some of the machines out of order for repair periodically. The changing room is clean and includes basic amenities such as a hair dryer and lotion. My only real issue was that the workout area became very noisy when a class was in session. Doors to the classes were left open and the teacher's mic + music would interfere with non-class participants' workouts. It was mentioned to several staff members on multiple occasions, but the issue was ignored. One staff member even responded rudely with an excuse about the class area being too warm for the door to be closed so the rest of us would need to just "deal with it".
