  I was very pleased with the quality of work. If I have a complaint, it would be that the finishing touches took a while to complete. Small things, but those are the things that were a little difficult to get a worker back out to complete.   The professionals at Carpet Outlet were absolutely wonderful! They were kind, punctual and efficient. We used them for two different jobs and both sets of installers did fantastic work! I LOVE the results!! They were able to match our new hardwoods to two other rooms that were already installed. Plus they went above and beyond. Due to our error we needed to have some new carpet that was installed in a bedroom closet redone because of a water issue and Mr. Mike was so wonderful to come back out and fix our little issue with no problem!!!   Cathy, the owner, came to our house to measure and give us an estimate. She returned at a later time to help us decide exactly the flooring we would need since we already had hardwood floors on the lower level. She set up a time for installation that worked with our schedule. We thought the amount we paid was reasonable considering the amount of work and supplies that were needed. We did not get other estimates because we already had a general idea of what we wanted to spend and were impressed with Cathy's professional manner. The work went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The members of the crew were polite and helpful at all times and helped us make decisions as they arose. They were thoughtful in allowing us to have access to the upstairs in the evenings, particularly, keeping the disruptions to a minimum. They cleaned up before they left leaving a small amount of unavoidable sawdust. I would recommend their company without any reservationsshow more

  They are going to install a 1700 sq ft hardwood to replace the carpets and the service was excellent. They are currently doing the service. The price they charge was very competitive and the quality of the work has been excellent. They were careful about fitting the pieces of the wood in together nicely and some of the companies that we got quotes from measured up the square foots before but when they talk about how much actual wood that they were going to order for the floor it was like a 10% over the edge. The wood is very expensive for the floor. They're just grabbing the next door and slapping it in instead of trying to fit the pieces in together in such a way that it doesn't have as much waste. The quotes that came back significantly higher because they weren't taking time or weren't really taking the time impair to use all of the available wood. They were just doing whatever was fastest instead of whatever was most cost conscious for the consumer. They communicated excellent with us. I'm still having a lot of work to be installed and it's taking a quite a bit time to do.When they're here working, they're actually working. There is not like a bunch of guys sitting around messing around with their phones or taking smoke breaks every 3 minutes or anything like that. We've had workers come out before on the house that go out to take breaks and then throw cigaret butts in our backyard which was not unacceptable and they haven't done anything like that. They've been really good about cleaning up all of the trash and associated with the project. There's mot garbage laying around all over the place and they've taken it with them too. At the end of the day they do a very thorough cleanup and take their trash with them and not leave it over my house. I've been really pleased with the whole process. We got a really good vibes from them and it turned out to be an accurate presentation. We've bee very pleased with their workshow more
