  The job went very smoothly. This is a very large 8000 sf hard stucco contemporary home. The pricing was very reasonable. I don't know if I could have found a better price for the same quality work that was performed. Ron was wonderful and supervised all. Everything was explained in detail with frequent communication. Recommendations were made, usually with less expensive but still high quality options offered. Pleasant professional staff that cleaned up great after the job and arrived punctually. Had a few delays due to inclement weather but this was communicated well. We are extremely pleased with the job they did. I would highly recommend The Painting Pros for your next jobshow more

  Ron Desiderio is personable, professional, courteous and very detailed in his estimating the job. Any additional work was discussed and priced before the crew proceeded. At completion, there were no surprises in the final bill. The crew(Saul's crew) was timely, very professional and polite. They worked very hard, long hours and cleaned up daily.   Outstanding by all measures. This was my first experience as an Angie's List user, and it was truly an excellent one. Highlights: Customer Experience Ron set the tone on this early, with prompt return of my initial phone calls/questions, his onsite visit and estimate delivery, and follow up. Then his crews came in and followed suit. Everyone displayed the utmost in professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. It was clear that everyone involved was proud to be a part of the team, and seemed genuinely happy to have a job where quality was first priority. Quality of Work This is my sixth home personally, so I've had a lot of work done over the years. For the gutters and the staining/painting, the work work was top notch. Ron made several recommendations at the beginning, and each of those turned out to be spot on. The end results speak for themselves, 2.5 months later and I am still 110% satisfied. Value Price was not the key consideration for me but it is nice when the you get this level of service and quality at a competitive price. Value is the ratio of quality and price, and these guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. Bottom Line: If you are in need of a service that the Painting Pros handle, go ahead and get your 3 quotes if you must, but in the end go with Ron and teamshow more

  KDL did the most professional work of any painter we've ever used, seen working, or even heard of, bar none. They were extremely meticulous cutting in edges - all sharp as knives. Every day they cleaned up and put away their tools. There was not a single paint drip on the floor. When I realized I really didn't like the color I had chosen for the bathrooms, they cheerfully repainted - no extra charge. (It was a small change, but another contractor would have asked for more money, and probably rightfully so.) They kept the dust to a minimum as the job was going on and went through the whole house and did a thorough dusting job when they were done. I had only 2 items on the punch list on the last day - they took care of them in 10 minutes. And the whole crew is just a bunch of really friendly, pleasant guys. The paint job is just fabulous. My furniture and rugs suddenly look kind of tatty. Do you want (1) someone completely trustworthy? (2) someone who can do a wicked paint job? (3) someone who cares enough about your comfort and belongings to keep everything clean as they work? (4) someone who charges what was agreed upon? (5) someone flexible who won't make you feel bad about changing your mind? (6) someone who is totally conscientious? (7) someone who estimates not just the money but the time involved correctly?
