  I waited three weeks for a technician to come out and give a quote. The day of the appointment, I received a telephone message from Lisa asking that I call her back and let her know that someone would be at the property for the 10 AM appointment. I arrived on campus, where the work will be completed, at 9 AM. I called Lisa back and told her that I was ready for the appointment. At 10:15 AM I received a call from Lisa saying that the technician was running behind and would be at my location within 30 minutes. I said that was fine. At 11:30, I call Lisa and asked where the technician was. She said that she had to call him and that she would call back. 20 minutes later, Lisa calls to tell me that I didn't give her the suite number. I told her that it was a stand alone building. She said, "Google says that it is a multiple suite building." I told her, no. I'm here, it's a stand alone building. Then she said that the technician called me twice and there was no answer. And that he knocked for 15 minutes but had to leave for his next appointment. When I said that no such thing happened on my end, she called me liar. She said that she checked his phone records and saw that he had called me twice. I looked on my phone, and she was the only person that had called my phone that morning. I don't know what number he may have called, but it wasn't mine. I did not reschedule with them again because I don't like being called a liar and I don't like a business that can not own up to their mistakes

  I hired Bobby's Tree Service to remove 4 very large trees from my backyard. From the time I called them to the day they arrived, they were nothing but kind and professional. They came to my home on 6/9/21 and arrived on time. They immediately started working. I asked to add a few things to my original estimate and Jerry said no problem. I was completely satisfied with the new cost. Those guys worked their tails off. I never saw them take a break, other than their lunch break. I felt so bad since the humidity that day was terrible. I supplied them with water and each time they thanked me. When they were finished, they cleaned up the mess and even seeded and laid straw down. In my line of work, I deal with several vendors on a daily basis and none of them compare to the guys at Bobby's. I am already planning my next appointment with them and would not even consider calling another company. They are certainly worth every dime I paid and will do it again!!!   This is my second time hiring John to do renovations in my home. I had such a great initial experience that I had John remodel my bathroom. As was before, John is a pleasure to work with, great at communicating about timeline and his availability, and does great quality work. John removed and installed a new toilet, vanity, lighting, and retrofitted the existing pipes. He also repaired drywall as needed, re-mounted the toilet on a newly installed floor, and installed new baseboards and quarter round. His attention to detail really shows in his work. I couldn’t have asked for a better finished product. I’ll be reaching out to John for any future renovations
