The company tried to charge me $250.00 to repair the part that they had improperly installed. Furthermore, they have no-called, no-showed on service calls. Never remove more than 30% of a tree’s foliage during pruning—even if your tree is really overgrown. Removing this much foliage at a time could kill your tree.

You can use a chainsaw, but it won’t remove the entire stump or root ball and is not a recommended method. It takes quite a bit of physical work to achieve and will likely dull or ruin your chainsaw. Instead, consider using salt, herbicide, light deprivation, boiling water, stump grinding, or burning to kill a tree stump. These methods allow you to kill a stump using minimal machinery and physical exertion.

Cutting off dead branches and pruning your trees can help promote growth and prevent safety hazards, such as falling limbs during storms. Pruning can also promote fruit production, treat disease, and remove unwanted growth. However, hiring a professional to prune and trim your trees can ensure it is done correctly and will keep them healthy.
