"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
"i was in a crunch for time to remodel a shower at my in laws, and went by word of mouth to find Thomas company, and I am very happy I did! It was a difficult remodel, as my in laws home is very old, built in the 50s, and none of the walls in the bathroom were squared or leveled, thinking he would have a difficult time. but the remodel was finished in time, below budget, and the end result was beautiful! His team were all highly professional and very trustworthy, as i had to give them access to a residential home with no one living there, and they are very trustworthy! Our point of contact was Gary Courtright who did an excellent job in communicating, estimating, and coordinating the repairs and roofing shingle replacement for our rather large and expansive home in Fruit Heights, Utah, where in some years, the canyon winds through our town can exceed 100 MPH. After 25 satisfactory years on our old roof, we contracted Kimball to complete some extensive roofing plywood repairs, re-flashing, re-membraning, and re-edging of the entire 6,000 SF roof. Per Gary's expert advice, plus Louie and Rohojolo outstanding installation, we ended up with a very attractive and fully sealed roof that will probably last twice as long as our previous roof. We now have a Tamko 50 year architectural shingled and ridged roof that can now withstand winds up to 150 MPH. SUPER. JOB WELL DONE !
"They replaced the garage roof at my home. It took forever to hear from them once we signed the contract. The Roof itself looks great. They kind of just showed up whenever the mood struck. No specific times were ever given, even after they told us they were coming to do the roof. The price was not what was agreed upon in the contract. I called & asked if it was possible to have an approximate date (even within a week) when they were coming & they flat out said "No". Most of the roofers did not speak English, so that was a problem. They did not do a good job of cleaning up after themselves. If I had not looked in the driveway after they left, I would have run over a nail!! There were also other stray nails on the sidewalk & in the grass. They did not do a very good job of cleaning up the whole area. They were great until they got the contract signed... then not so great."

Professional installers typically recommend caulking between siding boards, but it depends on the material. With Hardie board and fiber cement siding, manufacturers don't recommend adding caulk because it can trap moisture in the joints or discourage flexibility in fluctuating temperatures. Mildew grows into porous wood, making it more difficult to remove than regular dirt (and more destructive). We suggest using a dedicated mildew and mold fungicide to remove mildew, which is found in any local home improvement store. Apply a dose of the fungicide to the siding and leave to work according to the instructions, usually for an hour or two. Then wash it thoroughly away and scrub the spot again. Repeat the process if necessary. If nothing is removing the mildew stains, you should plan on removing those clapboard planks in time, as their damage could cause future problems.
