Finally, security technology that prevents burglary or vandalism. NarrowGate has developed the most Advanced PreIntrusion Alarm Technology and is deploying it nationwide. It has been an acceptable practice worldwide to purchase an alarm system, pay for monthly monitoring and still be burglarized. No longer is that acceptable. Paying monthly for a monitored alarm system and being burglarized is like being robbed twice. While the burglar is escaping out the back door or window, the Alarm Monitoring Company is walking out the front door with your monthly payments. Even though the alarm system worked and you were notified quickly of the burglary, you are a victim and nothing can change that till now. NarrowGate's PreIntrusion technology is disrupting the entire alarm and security industry worldwide. Our groundbreaking technology changes everything. We have installed in over a thousand locations where burglary, vandalism, and copper theft regularly occur. We are proud to loudly announce to the world, PreIntrusion has prevented every attempted burglary where technology was installed. "I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

Hurricane Film questions, answered by experts

Yes, but it depends on what you have planted in yours and the extent of the damage. Hardier shrubs and plants with droopy leaves have a better chance of bouncing back, but do go ahead and cut back any broken branches or damaged portions. Fertilizer can help, but wait until you spot new growth before you feed any plants.

Solar panels can protect your roof from hail, as they can withstand hail up to 1 inch in diameter that falls up to 50 mph. Your solar panels may experience damage if the hailstones are bigger and travel faster. Your roof can still suffer hail damage, and it’s essential to look for signs and repair issues right away. Roof damage can lead to leaks and water damage inside your home.

Tipping roofers, even for emergency roof repairs, isn’t really expected. However, it can be a very nice gesture, especially if the roofer is saving your home from extensive damage. Tips don’t need to be in the form of money, either. You can make them a meal or bring them coffee—these gestures are often more appreciated as they’re more personal than cash.

Yes, hail damage to your roof can definitely cause water leaks in your roof. This is because hailstones can break, chip, crack, or split shingles of all types, exposing underlayment. This underlayment doesn’t offer as much protection against water, so when it becomes compromised, water can penetrate and leak deeper into your home.

No, it’s not normal for windows to rattle in the wind. If they do, it may signal that there’s a larger problem at play. Common reasons that windows rattle in the wind are because the glass isn’t secure enough, the frame is loose, or the wood is rotting. In any of these cases, you should identify the problem and take steps to fix it.
