Hello! I am new to Cheyenne but not new to lawn care. Over 10 years experience. I started maintaining lawns for customers in Pennsylvania and Virginia over 10 years ago. I am looking forward to serving the greater Cheyenne area! My biggest focus is delivering a quality product that the customer can be proud of. Quality, honesty and communication are the main components that I have built my personal reputation on and that extends to my business as well. In addition to lawn care, I can help with tree and hedge trimming, gutter cleaning as well as snow removal. If you aren't sure about a task that you need done, just ask! I am happy to stop by and look at any tasks or jobs and provide free estimates. I look forward to working with you!

"Great fence repair. They rebuilt five sections of fencing and made it better than new. They removed the old post from the ground and install new ones keeping the fence even and not skewed as others often do when they repair fencing. They did not take the easy way out but did a very professional job. A great fence repair that will certainly hold up to the strong high winds we have in this area and last many years."

14 years of experience

At Bull Moose Land Services we have a relatively small crew - 3 to 8, depending on the job - but we still have a diverse array of specialties, from tree services to irrigation. In fact, our specialty is fire mitigation, especially in places like cabin homes that reside in heavily forested areas. A fire-mitigation job can range from simple to complex: we might just collect debris (i.e., fuels) from the ground and haul them off or stack to burn in the winter or we may have large numbers of trees to cut and remove in addition to installation of fire-mitigation irrigation systems. We have experience working in many cities in Wyoming, including Jackson, Laramie, Casper, and Cheyenne, but we will also work in neighboring states.

"Pinnacle installed my roof a year ago and a few days ago in a severe windstorm, the roof began peeling away from my home. I contacted Ty Robertson at Pinnacle and he immediately dispatched two men who despite the high winds secured the roof back on my home and will return again today to make further repairs. I really am impressed with the service and the professionalism of this company. I would definitely recommend their services."

Roof Ice and Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

Removing snow from your roof can help prevent ice dams, but the best thing to do is address insulation issues in your attic. If you do decide to remove the snow manually, you should always use a roof rake rather than a shovel. You shouldn’t climb your snowy roof in any circumstance, and roof rake allows you to remove the snow from the ground or a ladder. For the best results, remove snow as soon as possible after it falls.

Before firing up your snowblower, ensure that essential switches are in the correct starting position. Take a moment to double-check the throttle, fuel shut-off, and choke, ensuring they're firmly set to the "on" position. Precision in verifying each switch's alignment is crucial, so don't rush through this critical step.

If you live in a cold climate with frequent heavy snowfall, investing in a snow blower may be worth the cost. Another thing to consider when factoring in cost is if you have physical limitations that make shoveling snow difficult or even dangerous. So, you may want to start shopping around for a snow blower if you have either or both of these scenarios.

When starting the engine, you typically leave the choke on a snowblower in the "choke" or "closed" position. After starting, let the engine run for a few minutes to warm up. Then, gradually open the choke, moving it to the "open" or "run" position, allowing more air into the engine and transitioning to a normal fuel-air mixture. The exact duration varies based on the snowblower model and ambient temperature, but as a general rule, you should open the choke once the engine has stabilized and runs smoothly, typically within a few minutes.

In most municipalities, snow removal is compulsory in public spaces, including the sidewalk in front of your house, so you need to remove snow there. You could face fines for failure to clear your sidewalk in a timely manner—usually within 24 hours of the snowfall stopping. More importantly, your sidewalk needs to be safe for pedestrians to use, and you could face legal issues if someone slips on your sidewalk because you failed to clear it. Sidewalk removal services might seem expensive, but they’re well worth it to avoid these issues.
