Called early morning of appt to tell us he was on his way. Once he arrived, he was very cordial, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Answered all our questions/concerns. Proceeded to complete the cleaning quickly and efficiently, inside the house and also up on roof to inspect and re-seal the outside portion of chimney. Took approx. 2 hrs.
