SWi, LLC offers the finest in gate automation, access controls, fence installation, sprinkler installation, landscape installation and minor concrete flatwork. In the summer SWi typically has 12-15 employees and 4-5 crews to ensure the best customer service experience from prompt estimates to on-time installations. Almost all work is self performed so that we can better control the schedule and quality. Typically we collect a deposit at contract acceptance and the remainder at completion. Payment can be made with credit cards but an additional fee will be charged. Cash and checks are always free.

The smaller pieces will compress and prevent the larger pieces of concrete from driving into the soil below, helping to avoid sinking over time under the weight of vehicles.
