I guarenatee all my work and will not ask for any payments unitl the customer is 100% satisfied. My favorite part of the job is bringing life back into old and ugly areas of homes. Like refinishing an old run down deck or adding a beautiful paver patio or fire pit to a neglected boring yard. NATURE STONE is the largest stone and epoxy flooring company in the United States. Founded in 1989, NATURE STONE engineered a specially formulated, patent-pending, propriety epoxy resin made especially for use in stone and epoxy flooring. This special epoxy is what gives NATURE STONE flooring its beauty, durability and long-lasting qualities. No other stone and epoxy flooring company can compare in quality to authentic Nature Stone flooring.

"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

Pavers and Hardscaping questions, answered by experts

Most installations take 3-10 days, depending on the area size and design complexity.

The layer of polymeric sand under the pavers plus the polymeric sand that gets swept into the joints between your pavers holds them in place in a few ways. For one, the gritty texture of the sand helps lock the pavers together. Polymeric sand also contains bonding agents that get activated by water. Polymeric sand will take between 24 and 48 hours to fully cure, so do not walk on your paver walkway before this time.

The most common causes of sunken pavers are poor base preparation and insufficient compaction. The problem could also be how your pavers were installed. If the soil beneath your patio or walkway wasn't compacted, it will pull pavers down as it settles. Additionally, using bare soil instead of making a paver bed with compacted gravel and sand can cause sinking over time. To fix sunken pavers, consider recompacting the base and addressing any drainage or erosion issues in the area.

The lifespan of pavers varies based on many factors. Material is the key component, with concrete, stone, and brick pavers lasting up to 100 years, while clay pavers usually only last around 25 years. To maximize your pavers’ lifespan, you should keep your paver patio or walkway clean, add sealant every few years, and keep the joints sealed with polymeric sand as needed.

While it may be less expensive initially to lay concrete vs. pavers, the long-term expenses that come with repairing concrete may prove to be less cost-friendly than simply replacing a few damaged pavers. On top of that, stamped concrete may only last for 25 years compared to pavers, which can last over 50 years.
