"Home and changes are fine, but footer leaks and had to install sump pump and dehumidifier with full encap in crawl space. Also, builder didn’t use full dimensional lumber, but used ijoists without fire protection. Carried plastic gas line through the crawl space wall. Used 5x5 wooden piers to hold up my home instead of building block piers. Had to install jack posts to cover for this."

Free estimates within 50 miles of Morgantown WV, or Davis WV. If you live outside these areas, no worry, just the cost of fuel will be required beyond this, and if you decide to go ahead with the project, that will be reimbursed in the final cost of the project.
