Contract contained MANY loops found along the construction phase which left room for deception in quality work and materials specified. Although the contracts are actually draw sheet you don't get to see your discussed plans before he begins apparently, only AFTER the project is started. When you set down the owner and draw up what you want to go to HIS engineer for design, make CERTAIN you ask for copy or you'll later get a blank stare or excuse as to why there isn't one. All along when you complain you didn't want a certain thing they do, your asked for more cash to get what YOU wanted and told them to do in the beginning! Asked for specifics to be built and was not given what was agreed upon. The project at completion was build to CONTRACTOR WANTS and specifications ONLY, NOT CLIENTS specifications WANTS OR NEEDS. Contractor used the cheapest materials he could find to complete this project although client had paid for high end quality materials and work. Quality in work was very poor and some things had to be done over as they were just so poorly completed. Drywall for example looked like a bunch of grade schools were let loose with crayons. Half of the fixtures were either extremely CHEAP QUALITY or appeared to be either USED from a previous customers project or purchased as low end seconds. Paid materials disappeared from the job site location too or had possibly been switched out for cheaper materials as suspected. Although Company TRIED to match and failed what had been purchased by client to be installed. Client then discovers the old switch method of switching high end materials for low end and trying to deceive their client. This company is horrible in personal opinion. Over-priced for what you paid for and then receive. Buyer beware also, in this state you cannot let an employee be your Notary if YOUR company. This company used their own employee as the Notary on their papers it was discovered way too late. I doubt these practices are legal what this company is doing. I highly recommend anyone to steer clear of this company for commercial anyway. I don't know about a residential job though honestly. The owner of this construction company NEEDS to be more involved in what his employees are doing and to make certain those he hires really do KNOW what their doing. This company is not worth the cost in terms of quality at all from what my company owners noticed. Jason (the pest expert) clearly described what he would do. ( He was about an hour later than he initially said he would be, but that was due to an unexpected event, and understandable. He phoned me to tell me he would be delayed.)
The fee ($159) was for the first visit only, and I was required to sign a contract for 6 more visits (at $60/visit plus tax) to completely take care of the problem.
(I had also phoned Orkin for an estimate, and for the same service, they would have charged $300 for the initial visit, and $81 for the follow up, with the same contract for a year.)
This was my first experience with a pest control company and I was satisfied.
One other note: I was concerned about the possible toxicity of the products used, as I have a cat, but I was assured that he would not be harmed by them. The work began on a timeline I was satisfied with, I needed to be flexible due to my work schedule and they had a lot of work going on due to recent hail damage so the dates of the work were fine with me. The heat outdoors was a factor, but they stuck to their work plan and got the jobs done in a short timeframe. The workers were all friendly, professional and very skilled at what they do. They did excellent work and you can tell they take pride in their work. They also made recommendations and I took advantage of that advice and the company was nice about adding some things I had not thought about.initially. They cleaned up completely after each job. In closing, I am completely satisfied with the work that was done to my home. I did not have to ask for a single thing to be done twice, and when I asked for slight modifications that needed to be revisited they were good about coming back and making the adjustments. I still have a contract left to be completed in September but I'm very happy with my choice to use this company. The quality of work makes the recommendation easy. I give them a strong A for their service P.S. Something to think about unrelated to the service provided by this contractor: I did have worries when material had to be left overnight because I live on a visible corner lot and the material sparked some unwanted attention. I guess times are hard out there, I felt I lived in a pretty nice neighborhood but that had no bearing on the risk. I kept things in a locked fenced area but still had two unwanted visits. Lucky for me the thieves in my area was clumsy both times and dropped their loot. Plus my dog was doing his job along with the motion lighting...but it did lead to a couple of sleep deprived nights. I ended up locking things I could carry in the garage a couple of times just to make sure nothing stopped my project from moving forward."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ok/oklahoma-city/discount-remodelers-reviews-3281326.htm"},"position":10}]}

FAQs for concrete patio work projects in Rowlesburg, WV
Concrete repair costs range anywhere from about $0.10 to $0.15 per linear foot to fill minor cracks, to about $6 to $14 per square foot to replace damaged concrete slabs. Repair costs vary widely depending on the size and type of work needed. For example, replacing 100 square feet of driveway will cost between $600 to $1,400, on average.
The average cost of mudjacking is around $5per square foot of concrete, with most concrete leveling jobs totaling between $3 and $8per square foot. The typical cost to fix a sinking portion of concrete slab with mudjacking is around $1,100. The price you’ll pay depends on the size of the concrete slab you need to be leveled, the accessibility of the slab, and the type of material your contractor uses beneath the concrete to lift it back into place.
A paver patio can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years, depending on the type of pavers and how well you maintain them.
Travertine pavers are usually the most durable, lasting 100 years or more, with regular maintenance. Concrete brick pavers have a variety of shapes and colors available and typically last 25 to 50 years. Traditional brick pavers have a more classic look, lasting around 20 years with proper maintenance.
In most cases, no, mudjacking is not possible as a DIY job. Not only do you need specialized equipment to cut into your slab and pump the cementitious material underneath it, but it’s also a challenging process, and the consequences of making mistakes include additional structural damage to your home. It’s possible to rent mudjacking equipment to attempt a DIY repair, but the risk of added property damage usually isn’t worth the money you’ll save on labor, especially if the concrete you’re lifting is a part of your home’s foundation.
The cost of a paver patio is $3,800 for a 280-square-foot patio on average. Depending on the patio size, paver material, and design complexity, this cost can range from $2,400 to $7,000 or more.
The size of your patio is a significant factor in the project’s overall cost. If you're building a smaller patio of only 60 square feet, your costs will be closer to $480 to $1,500. If you want a more luxurious 900-square-foot patio, you'll spend closer to $7,200 to $22,500.
