"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

The work is to code, and they take pride in their workmanship. Communication is open and honest. I had no surprises nor change orders. This form did not allow me to include all of the types of work that they completed for meâ ¦.but it included removing an old, unstable deck and building a new one to code.; removing ceiling tiles and replacing them with drywall, fixing a hole in the soffit, fixing downspouts, and replacing an exterior door. After all of that, I still need to hire them for more projects in my older house. When I need work done, theyâ re the first ones that I call."
