They did their semi regular service, but didn't dust everything. We requested that the kitchen be CLEANED and the Bathroom as well be CLEANED. They both got a once over, but not a deep cleaning as we had requested. We paid $165 and these poor women only made $11 an hour....it is robbery...

"Through Angi, I requested a quote to change the carpets on my 3rd level to hardwood floors. Kelvin responded quickly and gave me an estimate to change all of the hardwood from carpet and added some work to the kitchen floor. The day of the project he said I would need to pay more money to change all the floors to hardwood on the 3rd level and charged me $500 for the work even though it was already included in the work scope. He left the floors behind the stove and refrigerator in the kitchen a complete mess and didn’t inform me that holes were left in the floor. The floor looked ten times before the work that was done leaving me wondering about the qualifications of his staff because what professional would do that and purposely hid bad work behind the appliances."
