"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Yes, you can install an undermount sink with laminate. Installing an undermount sink with laminate countertops requires a superior adhesive to keep moisture away from the particleboard within the countertop. An undermount sink offers better hygiene since there’s no sink rim promoting bacteria growth, offers a streamlined appearance, and makes wiping away messes a breeze.

Pedestal sinks typically come with two pieces: the pedestal (also known as the base or pole) and the sink basin. You may hear it referred to as a standalone sink. The sink sits on top of the pedestal, which attaches to the floor and hides the plumbing. Both pieces usually come in porcelain or ceramic. 

Older faucet fixtures may have some corrosion, leaving them stuck. Try a few techniques to loosen the fixtures.
