The outside patch was heavy black epoxy with a very heavy rubber patch 3 feet by 8 feet. They did some drain work at the base of the foundation. The pit was about 6 feet deep. The yard looked better after they had finished than before they started. They returned the inside basement wall insulation to original state along with an inside patch. Work crew of 3. I had three companies come to inspect and give me an estimate. LUX was the best price. One company suggested an inside patch only which would not last the life of the building. Very professional and hard working. After cleanup it appeared as if no one had done major work on my house. They were the best contractor and lowest price."
