Beginning in 2017, Happy Home Contracting, LLC has been offering interior and exterior residential remodeling services to homeowners and real estate investors. "Everyone who worked on my project were subcontractors. The contact person’s contracting company did not do a good job, then tried 3 times to fix it by remudding and painting. It truly was unacceptable drywall installation. This doubled the length of the project. Corners were cut, critical steps were not done. I was left finally with a finished project done correctly by another drywall installer. It was not a pleasant experience, and I do not recommend them."

"Lee completed half of the project (poorly) and disappeared after receiving the second installment. Cheated us out of thousands of dollars and tons of time! Avoid! We have followed formal channels for restitution and found out that he was found guilty for felony criminal charges from a former employer for stealing to complete his own house and that he has several other customers filing for restitution. We have filed reports with Better Business Bureau and Dept. of Trade and Consumer Protection."
