We heard good things about them, so figured we could wait. I called again at the end of November, (now that all the leaves are down and raked) They said for sure middle of December at the latest. Now this is MY SECOND call in January to find out where they were at. I thought I was the customer. REALLY, no call to say you are busy?? She proceeded to say I was rude, and, maybe I was. The tone of her voice said it all. VERY poor communication, and my guess, it comes directly from the person answering the phones. I guess I will never know how to rate them. After that comment, I hung up."
