"Horrible! Communication was lackluster...Wife couldn't return calls, texts or VM's on status updates. Over a month went by and barely any communication. Tech who is the owner broke the clothes washer more by installing wrong parts. Now I am stuck with a broken washer and the wife decided because I was complaining about the lack of communication by her she would not fix my washer anymore.
