64 VanDreel has helped me with preparing a home for sale. He fixed some toilet problems early on in the process, disconnected a gas stove and (thankfully) removed it from the property for me. I had him and his son back for the sink and dishwasher. He comes quickly and is very nice to work...
Replaced a toilet seat for my father who is 90 years old and disabled. Charged $97 for the toilet seat. It wasn't made out of gold nor was it a government contract. I recently took over paying may fathers bills and ran accross the reciept.
