"We had a fairly simple project. We asked them to plant five mature pine trees to create a privacy screen from our neighbors. They planted the trees and gave us watering instructions. We followed the watering instructions to the letter. All five of the trees died. When we contacted them to replace the trees (this is Typical if trees die within a year of planting and ours died within two months.) they simply ghosted us. I left phone messages, emails and even text messages and all were ignored."
