OUTDOOR ENTERPRISES INC

OUTDOOR ENTERPRISES INC redid a portion of our yard where there was pea gravel previously. They removed the pea gravel and laid pavers. They have also done part of a brick parking pad for us in the past. We are extremely happy with their past work. By mistake, we hired another company for a new project, and we wish we hadn't. We will not make that mistake again in the future! Rob and his group are outstanding! Very, very good! No short cuts are taken with their services.

In spite of the heat abd humidity, the work was done quickly and professionally for a fair price. This is the second time we have had them here and we hope to use them again in the future.

Rob and his crew were fantastic. They had great vision for the project and completed it on time, despite several challenges. Great professionalism!

The two stone patios and the walkway have a sand product used that was supposed to harden but never did. Shortly after the installation when it rained the sticky sand started to wash out. It also splashed up onto the sliding glass Door & garden Shed door. When I walked over the walkway the sand stuck to my shoes. I contacted him before December and in early Spring and he didn?t return my calls. In April we had a garden show & I complained to Math owner of Countryside Fence, who gave me Outdoor Enterprises name and a week later Rob finally called me and left a message on my answering machine, which I have saved. This is the phone message that Rob left me: ? Good morning Anna Mae, this is Rob Schultz, first of all the time you called before I was out of state for a month. I ran into Math at the home show after I got back and he said he was doing some stuff at your house and I asked him to convey the message that I would not be able to do anything about any of the situations until spring anyway. The last time you called I was gone but there is nothing I can do until the snow is done and not freezing out anymore. Once that happens I will give you a call when in combination with the seeding I will come over and look at it.? I keep calling Rob and leaving messages at his home and cell phone, but he doesn?t return any. The ants have been building their homes in the stone patio?s and walkway and so have the weeds. This was not supposed to happen. The weed free black dirt that Rob put in the retaining wall and for the grass he was going to come back and plant in spring was full of weeds. I had to plant the grass in spring because he would not come back. I finally took pictures in June 2013 of the patios and walkway and also the weeds growing in Robs weed free black dirt.
