The house is 30 yrs old, so I asked him to replace my outlets and he did a great job for us. Installed new ceiling fan in family room (vaulted ceiling). "It was a challenge through the whole process. Their language barrier made it very difficult. Communication was poor which added a ton of stress to the process. Was told one thing than another then made to feel I was the one who messed up. Office said one thing ... the installer said something else. Feared the worse and watched them like a hawk during installation which the installer did not seem to appreciate. I don't know how but through all this horror the outcome is the countertop looks good. The granite is cut accurately and seams were blended well. Not sure all the stress was worth it though, but very glad the outcome is good and working with them is done."
